Hailing from Puebla in Mexico, 16-year old Manuel is a multiple Mexican and South American karting champion, and took nine rookie victories with three overall podiums in the 2016-17 NACAM Formula 4 Championship. In a part season with JHR Developments in the F4 British Championship he scored one podium finish.
